Transformation Programme Director · AI Strategist · Agile Coach
I've spent more than twenty years turning complex technology challenges into competitive business outcomes, leading programmes that have won industry awards, reshaped how global organisations serve their customers and employees, and built the high-performing Agile teams that make transformation stick.
My background sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and delivery. I understand what a CTO is trying to achieve, what a CFO is worried about, and what a delivery team needs to actually succeed. That balance between business ambition and technical reality is where I do my best work.
I'm currently working as Digital Programme Director at the UN Principles of Responsible Investment, leading the ideation-to-delivery of a Salesforce Experience Cloud platform for this NFP mission-driven organisation. Before that, I led some of the largest digital transformation programmes at LSEG (formerly Thomson Reuters / Refinitiv), including a $20M customer digital platform that replaced 60 disparate portals, achieved a 50% lift in customer satisfaction, and won five awards at the International Business Awards.
Outside of client work, I'm passionate about coaching and mentoring, whether that's helping a team adopt Agile practices, supporting a future programme manager, or co-founding a circular economy startup with the same rigour I bring to enterprise transformation.
I measure success by business results: productivity gains, customer satisfaction, funding secured, and programmes delivered on time, not by hours logged.

The challenge
Refinitiv's customers were navigating 60 disparate portals to manage their relationship with the business. The fragmented experience was hurting satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue.
The approach
End-to-end transformation from strategic blueprint to Agile delivery at scale, selecting and managing Adobe and TCS partnerships, implementing DevOps, and scaling to 12 Scrum teams delivering 2 production releases per month.
The outcome
LSEG · 2021–2023
The challenge
Global employees were navigating disconnected systems to access corporate services including HR, IT and Finance, resulting in lost productivity and frustration at scale.
The approach
Ideation-to-delivery of an integrated employee experience, bringing together Microsoft SharePoint and ServiceNow to deliver AI-powered self-service and virtual assistants enabling employees to self-serve global business services from a single workplace.

UN Principles of Responsible Investment · 2024–Present
The challenge
A globally recognised NFP needed to modernise how it delivered digital experiences to its member community, replacing legacy approaches with a modern, scalable platform aligned to its mission.
The approach
Agile delivery from ideation, securing Executive buy-in, running vendor selection, building a multi-disciplinary team (UX, Salesforce, Architecture), and designing a product roadmap balancing near-term delivery with long-term strategic direction.
